Zusammenfassung

EH Group is seeking an Industrial Engineer for on-site work in Nyon, Switzerland. You will optimise production workflows, layouts and material flow, perform time studies and line balancing, develop KPIs to monitor efficiency, and this role requires full relocation to the site.

Requirements: BSc/MSc in industrial or manufacturing engineering, 4–5 years in manufacturing, Lean expertise, strong data analysis, Excel and ERP tools, plus fluency in English and French (German a plus).

Qualifikationen

• BSc/MSc in industrial, manufacturing, mechanical or systems engineering is mandatory.
• Minimum 4-5 years of industrial engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, time-and-motion studies and capacity planning.
• Analytical and data-driven with strong Excel and data-analysis skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and factory layout tools.
• Team player able to work autonomously with internal and external experts.
• Excellent spoken and written English/French is mandatory; German is a plus.

This role requires full-time, on-site presence at our Nyon, Switzerland office. We're not able to offer remote or hybrid arrangements, so candidates should be prepared to relocate.
