Zusammenfassung

CERN in Geneva seeks a qualified technician specializing in industrial cooling, ventilation and refrigeration to operate and maintain complex cooling plants. You will join the EN-CV-PSM section, overseeing installations, coordinating contractors, and ensuring safety and documentation on site.

Fluency in English is required, with a willingness to learn French; 40-hour work week; onsite work. This Limited duration contract (5 years) offers competitive benefits and career growth within CERN.

Qualifikationen

• Higher technical diploma or equivalent in Refrigeration and/or Electromechanics.
• Fluid handling permit is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Plan, coordinate, supervise, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on cooling and ventilation systems.
• Operate to ensure proper running of cooling, ventilation and refrigeration systems.
• Liaise with clients on equipment under your responsibility.
• Coordinate contractors for maintenance and installation per contract and standards.
• Contribute to projects from design to test and commissioning.
• Keep technical docs up-to-date and compliant with quality standards.
