Job summary

STAMM AG, part of Tegra Medical, seeks an experienced maintenance specialist to support assembly lines and packaging systems in a cleanroom environment. You will improve equipment performance, assist commissioning, and contribute to process optimization while collaborating with the production team.

The role requires hands-on electrical and mechanical maintenance experience, familiarity with PLCs (Siemens TIA Portal) and Allen-Bradley, and a willingness to work in a shift-based on-call setup.

Qualifications

• Completed technical vocational training; HF/FH in mechatronics, electrical engineering or mechanics is a plus
• Proven experience in electrical or mechanical industrial maintenance
• Willingness to participate in on-call and troubleshooting duties within a shift-based system
• Conscientious and reliable team player
• Solution-oriented, goal-driven and proactive approach to work
• Interest in a long-term position

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain assembly lines and packaging systems in a cleanroom environment (assembly automation)
• Further develop equipment and process technology in collaboration with the production department
• Support the commissioning of new equipment
• Provide technical support for equipment procurement, focusing on assembly and packaging systems
• Develop and implement equipment and process optimizations
• Modify PLC control systems (Siemens TIA Portal)
• Apply knowledge of Allen-Bradley control systems as an advantage
• Conduct technical training sessions
• Complete a 6-month onboarding and training period at SFS in Heerbrugg
