Zusammenfassung

UpCircle in Zürich seeks a Business Development Manager to work directly with the founders, turning a proven product and warm pipeline into signed customers. You will run deals from first contact to Proof-of-Value to contract, and help build the commercial engine with the founders across Sales, Engineering, Customer Success and Product.

You will own the pipeline, lead discovery calls and negotiations, quantify ROI, and convert deployments into case studies and references.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in B2B business development or related field.
• Go-to-market experience with ROI argumentation.
• Fluent German and English communication.
• Willingness to travel and hold a valid driver’s license.
• Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot) is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Own the pipeline: identify decision-makers and manage deals in HubSpot.
• Drive end-to-end deals: discovery calls, visits, and negotiations with founders.
• Build the business case: quantify ROI with customers' teams.
• Turn deployments into quantified case studies and references.
• Organize events and pre-book meetings; follow up with prospects.
• Ensure smooth handover to Customer Success and identify upsell signals.
