You will partner with business leaders and project teams, providing practical guidance on contracts, risk and compliance to enable large-scale project delivery.

The successful candidate holds a Master’s in Law (Swiss qualification or equivalent), bar admission is a plus, and has several years in-house or construction-sector experience

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Law (Swiss qualification or equivalent).
• Several years of experience as in-house counsel or legal counsel within construction, engineering, infrastructure, energy, or industrial environments.
• Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.

Aufgaben

• Act as a trusted legal partner to business leaders and project teams, providing practical guidance on contractual and commercial matters.
• Support the execution of large-scale projects by advising on legal risk, stakeholder obligations, and contractual commitments.
• Review and structure a variety of business arrangements involving clients, suppliers, partners, and subcontractors.
• Contribute to the resolution of complex legal issues arising during project delivery, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders as needed.
