Job summary

GXP CONSULTING Switzerland is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to safeguard material quality at a GMP manufacturing site. You will perform incoming material checks, qualify materials, and maintain supplier quality systems to ensure product integrity.

The role requires a Bachelor in life sciences, 3–6 years QA experience, GMP knowledge, SAP and LIMS proficiency, and fluent English (German a plus). You will join a collaborative, international team and contribute to patient safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biology, chemistry, biochemistry, pharmaceutical sciences or similar.
• 3-6 years in quality assurance.
• Sound knowledge of GMP and pharmaceutical quality management systems.
• Hands-on experience with SAP and LIMS.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Carry out incoming material checks in line with site procedures.
• Handle the qualification of materials used in manufacturing, including physical inspection on receipt and release in LIMS.
• Set up and maintain the raw material supplier base, related SOPs and quality systems.
• Process change notifications and quality alerts from suppliers and other sites of the group.
• Own material-related deviations and change controls.
• Track and report KPIs on material qualification and release activities.
• Escalate critical material quality issues promptly, always in compliance with GMP.
