Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as Engineering, Robotics, or Machine Learning.
• 5 years of industry or research experience, with PhD experience applicable.
• Strong deep learning fundamentals including supervised, self-supervised learning, neural networks, and diffusion models.

Aufgaben

• Develop imitation learning algorithms to enable autonomous robot actions from demonstrations and sensor data.
• Design, test, and refine algorithms for real-world autonomy and manipulation tasks.
• Create datasets from human demonstrations or expert algorithms.
• Collaborate with RL team to leverage simulated and real-world data.
• Provide deployment-ready code for the real robot.
• Build and mentor a software engineering team.
