AlpsenTek is seeking an innovative Analog IC Design Engineer to contribute to the next generation of CMOS image sensors. You will join an international, fast-paced startup and work across the full IC development cycle from concept to mass production.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Microelectronics and up to 5 years of analog/mixed-signal experience, with proficiency in Cadence Virtuoso and Spectre. English communication skills are essential for our global team.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or a closely related field.
• 0–5 years of industry or academic experience in analog/mixed-signal circuit design.
• Strong foundation in noise, matching, stability and low-power design techniques.

Aufgaben

• Design, simulation, and layout supervision of analog and mixed-signal circuits for CMOS image sensors.
• Contribute to blocks including ADCs, amplifiers, bias circuits, timing generators, and power management.
• Collaborate with pixel, digital, layout, and system teams to meet performance targets.
• Assist silicon debugging, characterization, and validation in a lab environment.
• Support documentation, test plans and technical reviews throughout the development lifecycle.
