Zusammenfassung

Arcwide in Switzerland seeks a Manufacturing Consultant to lead and support IFS Cloud Manufacturing implementations for clients across various industries. You will map processes, run workshops, and configure modules to meet business needs.

Travel to customer sites in Switzerland and abroad is expected. You will drive best practices, manage stakeholders, and contribute to Arcwide's growing manufacturing capability.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience with IFS Applications and/or IFS Cloud in manufacturing contexts.
• Strong grasp of production planning, shop floor execution, BOMs, routings, capacity planning and supply chain integration.
• Experience delivering ERP implementation or optimization projects.

• Lead and support the implementation of IFS Cloud Manufacturing solutions for diverse clients across industries.
• Collaborate with clients to understand processes, challenges, and transformation objectives.
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, design future-state processes, and configure modules to meet needs.
• Provide guidance on manufacturing best practices enabled by IFS Cloud.
• Engage with Solution Architects, Project Managers, and Technical Consultants throughout delivery.
• Support customers through all project phases: design, testing, training, go-live and hypercare.
• Build trusted client relationships and contribute to Arcwide's manufacturing capabilities.

What You Can Expect From The Role

• Lead and support the implementation of IFS Cloud Manufacturing solutions for customers across a variety of industries.
• Work closely with clients to understand their manufacturing processes, business challenges, and transformation objectives.
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, design future-state processes, and configure IFS Manufacturing modules to meet customer needs.
• Provide expert guidance on manufacturing best practices and how these can be enabled through IFS Cloud.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Solution Architects, Project Managers, Technical Consultants, and other functional specialists.
• Support customers through all phases of the project lifecycle, including design, testing, training, go-live, and hypercare.
• Build trusted client relationships and act as a subject matter expert throughout project delivery.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, internal knowledge sharing, and the development of Arcwide's manufacturing capabilities.
• Stay up to date with new IFS functionality and industry trends to ensure customers receive the highest quality solutions.
• Travel to customer sites across Switzerland and occasionally internationally, as required by project needs.

What We Will Look For In Your CV

• Proven experience working with IFS Applications and/or IFS Cloud within a Manufacturing Consultant, Functional Consultant, Business Consultant, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including production planning, shop floor execution, bills of materials (BOM), routings, capacity planning, and supply chain integration.
• Experience delivering ERP implementation, transformation, or optimization projects.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical system solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience facilitating customer workshops and presenting solutions.
• Fluent German and English language skills, with the ability to work confidently in customer-facing environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive and collaborative approach.
• Experience working within consulting environments is highly desirable.
• Relevant IFS certifications would be advantageous but are not essential.
• A passion for digital transformation and helping clients achieve business value through technology.
