Zusammenfassung

Arcwide is seeking a Manufacturing Consultant to lead and support IFS Cloud Manufacturing implementations for diverse clients. You will work closely with clients to map processes, gather requirements, and design future-state operations that leverage IFS modules.

Travel to customer sites across Switzerland and beyond will be part of the role. You will collaborate with Solution Architects, Project Managers, and technical consultants, translating complex business needs into practical system

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience with IFS Applications and/or IFS Cloud in a Manufacturing Consultant, Functional Consultant, Business Consultant, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes including production planning, shop floor execution, BOMs, routings, capacity planning, and supply chain integration.
• Experience delivering ERP implementation, transformation, or optimization projects.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical system solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with experience facilitating customer workshops and presenting solutions.
• Fluent German and English for client-facing environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive and collaborative approach.

Aufgaben

• Lead and support the implementation of IFS Cloud Manufacturing solutions for customers across industries.
• Collaborate with clients to understand manufacturing processes, challenges, and transformation objectives.
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, design future-state processes, and configure IFS Manufacturing modules.
• Provide expert guidance on manufacturing best practices enabled through IFS Cloud.
• Work with Solution Architects, Project Managers, Technical Consultants, and other specialists.
• Support customers through all project phases: design, testing, training, go-live, and hypercare.
• Build trusted client relationships and serve as a SME during project delivery.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and Arcwide's manufacturing capabilities.
