Zurich Insurance Company Ltd. is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer for Identity & Security in Zurich.

You will define the technical direction for identity and access management, focusing on Keycloak and modern authentication, while extending security into AI-enabled, event-driven architectures. The role requires 7+ years in software or security engineering, strong knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, and PKCE, and hands-on experience with Keycloak.

Competenze

7+ years in software or security engineering, preferably in financial services.
Deep expertise in modern authentication: OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, PKCE, token lifecycle.
Hands-on Keycloak experience and practical knowledge of agentic AI security concepts.

Mansioni

Set the technical direction for identity and security engineering in a modern platform.
Shape evolution and operations of the Enterprise Identity Platform (Keycloak focus).
Develop target identity and security models for AI-era workflows and Zero Trust.
Define engineering standards, reviews, and quality gates across teams.
Collaborate with domains to translate business requirements into security outcomes.
