Sixsentix AG, a Swiss leader in QA and intelligent automation, seeks an experienced AI Agent Manager/Engineer. You will design, build, and scale customer-specific AI and automation solutions, shaping the next generation of AI-enabled services.

You will partner with Success Managers, Solution Architects, and Delivery teams to translate requirements into robust implementations. You will own end-to-end solution delivery, calibrate AI Agents, integrate with enterprise systems, and develop reusable

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in Quality Engineering, software engineering or test automation.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, pytest, REST Assured or similar frameworks.
• Experience designing reusable automation frameworks and modular software components.
• Fluency in German and English is required.

Responsabilités

• Configure, calibrate and validate AI Agents for customer-specific Quality Engineering use cases.
• Integrate AI Agents with enterprise applications, automation frameworks and customer environments.
• Evaluate AI Agent behaviour for accuracy, consistency, reliability and execution quality.
• Design and implement orchestration flows that connect AI Agents, automation components and supporting services into reliable end-to-end workflows.
• Design, develop and maintain reusable automation frameworks and technical components.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated test execution and AI Agent-based solutions, for scalable, agent-ready and distributed execution.
• Build reusable interfaces between AI Agents, automation frameworks and enterprise systems.
• Develop technical integrations using APIs, MCPs and modern enterprise integration technologies.

Who We’re Looking For

• You are a technically strong and curious engineer who enjoys building reusable solutions instead of solving the same problem repeatedly
• You combine a solid background in ICT Quality Engineering, software automation and enterprise integration with a passion for AI Agents, intelligent automation, and scalable software engineering
• You understand how modern automation frameworks, distributed execution and AI-powered solutions work together to deliver reliable, maintainable and enterprise-ready Quality Engineering solutions
• You enjoy working in complex client environments, collaborating with architects, consultants and engineering teams to transform business needs into robust technical solutions

Your responsibilities

You own the solution engineering and delivery of customer‑specific AI and automation solutions end to end – from agent configuration and orchestration through integration and deployment to operational readiness. Working closely with Success Managers, Solution Architects, Companion Managers and Delivery teams, you translate solution designs and customer requirements into scalable, reliable implementations. You also turn successful customer solutions into reusable capabilities that can be leveraged across future customer engagements.

• Configure, calibrate and validate AI Agents for customer‑specific Quality Engineering use cases
• Integrate AI Agents with enterprise applications, automation frameworks and customer environments
• Evaluate AI Agent behaviour for accuracy, consistency, reliability and execution quality
• Design and implement orchestration flows that connect AI Agents, automation components and supporting services into reliable end‑to‑end workflows
• Design, develop and maintain reusable automation frameworks and technical components
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated test execution and AI Agent‑based solutions, for scalable, agent‑ready and distributed execution
• Build and maintain guidelines, harnesses and skills for Agent‑based solutions
• Build reusable interfaces between AI Agents, automation frameworks and enterprise systems
• Develop technical integrations using APIs, MCPs and modern enterprise integration technologies

Quality Engineering

• Build scalable automation capabilities for UI, API, integration and AI‑powered Quality Engineering
• Implement automated regression testing, monitoring and technical quality controls
• Troubleshoot execution failures, identify root causes and continuously improve execution reliability

Your profile

You bring a strong engineering mindset and enjoy designing scalable technical solutions. Ideally you have:

• Several years of experience in Quality Engineering, software engineering or test automation
• Hands‑on experience with Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, pytest, REST Assured or similar frameworks
• Experience designing reusable automation frameworks and modular software components
• Good understanding of REST APIs, enterprise integrations and distributed systems
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery practices
• Practical experience or strong interest in AI Agents, LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering and agent orchestration
• Understanding of enterprise authentication, IAM and security concepts
• Excellent analytical thinking and structured problem‑solving skills
• Confidence communicating with technical client stakeholders
• Fluency in German and English is required
