Zusammenfassung

SII Group Switzerland is seeking an IAM Technical Expert to lead the IAM platform integration and provisioning across enterprise apps in a multinational context. The role focuses on Entra ID, SSO, federation, MFA, and secure authentication architectures.

Fluent English required; German or French are a plus. The position is based in Lausanne, Switzerland, permanent contract, with a focus on security and automation to support large-scale IT projects.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/IT/InfoSec or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on IAM implementation and support experience.
• Experience integrating enterprise apps with IAM platforms.
• Experience with automated provisioning/deprovisioning workflows.
• Strong knowledge of Entra ID, SSO, federation (SAML, OAuth2, OIDC), and MFA.

Aufgaben

• Build and maintain an inventory of applications managed by the IAM platform.
• Identify apps not integrated with IAM and set remediation/onboarding plans.
• Assess IAM provisioning/deprovisioning maturity and gaps in auth methods.
• Assess authentication methods and gaps in SSO, federation, MFA, Entra ID.
• Support app discovery to identify unknown or locally managed apps.
• Integrate applications with IAM platform and Entra ID with IAM team.

IAM Technical Expert / Application Access & Provisioning

Missions

• Build and maintain an inventory of applications managed by the IAM platform
• Identify applications that are not integrated with IAM processes and establish remediation and onboarding plans
• Assess application access management maturity and identify gaps related to provisioning, deprovisioning, authentication, and authorization
• Assess application authentication methods and identify gaps related to SSO, federation, MFA, and Entra ID integration
• Support application discovery initiatives to identify unknown, unmanaged, or locally managed applications
• Integrate applications with the IAM platform and Entra ID (in collaboration with the IAM team)

Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience implementing and supporting IAM solutions
• Hands-on experience integrating enterprise applications with IAM platforms
• Experience implementing automated provisioning and deprovisioning workflows
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, SSO, federation (SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect), and MFA technologies
• Experience assessing application authentication and access management architectures
• Knowledge of RBAC implementation and access provisioning concepts
• Understanding of REST APIs, LDAP, Active Directory, SCIM, and identity provisioning standards
• Experience integrating legacy applications into IAM ecosystems
• Strong troubleshooting and technical documentation skills
• Experience with PowerShell, scripting, or automation tools is a plus
