Job summary

Rehaklinik Tschugg AG in Bern is looking for a skilled professional to implement modern Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions within client environments. In this role, you will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on impactful projects, particularly in the public sector, and support clients at various levels.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Computer Science and extensive knowledge of IAM concepts and systems. Proficiency in both German and English is essential, and willingness for security screening may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science required.
• Good knowledge of Linux and experience with complex integration projects.
• Experience with IAM concepts and standards such as SSO, OAuth, and Zero Trust.

What you're going to do

• Implement modern digital identity solutions within our clients' existing environments.
• Contribute to impactful projects in the public sector, with opportunities to grow into project delivery, leadership, and advisory roles.
• Collaborate in interdisciplinary teams on diverse and challenging client projects.
• Plan, design, and implement modern Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.
• Design and optimize processes and system architectures.
• Configure and integrate IAM components into client environments, including provisioning solutions.
• Automate testing, builds, and deployment processes.
• Advise and support clients at different levels, from technical implementation to architecture and security strategy.

What we're looking for

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science (ETH/University of Applied Sciences/University).
• Good knowledge of Linux and experience with complex integration projects.
• Product knowledge in the digital identity area (e.g., OneIdentity) and target system knowledge (Active Directory, MS Exchange, SAP, databases, LDAP, etc.).
• Experience with IAM concepts and standards (RBAC, ABAC, SSO, OIDC, OAuth, SAML, Federation, etc.) and accompanying topics such as Zero Trust.
• Communication skills, responsibility, service‑oriented thinking, initiative and independence to ensure the success of our client projects.
• Very good command of German and English.
• For certain projects in the public sector, a Personal Security Screening (PSS) conducted by Swiss Federal or Cantonal Authorities may be required; willingness to undergo this clearance is essential.
