Zusammenfassung

Die Schweizerische Post AG is seeking an experienced IAM professional to shape and grow a modern Identity and Access Management landscape. You will approve roles and policies, advise on IAM standards, and drive onboarding of applications to the IAM platform as well as manage IAM projects from analysis to implementation.

Qualifikationen

• In-depth IT knowledge with several years in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Sound understanding of IAM governance, role and permissions management, identity lifecycle management and access control concepts.
• Familiar with IAM standards, frameworks and best practices; able to apply them in complex environments.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to understand complex business processes and organizational structures.
• Experience in business analysis and requirements engineering; able to translate technical requirements into viable solutions.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders; clear, audience-appropriate, cooperative communication; German and English proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Approve IAM roles, policies and connection concepts for applications and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and directives.
• Advise role and application managers on IAM concepts, standards and best practices; promote business-IT cooperation.
• Coordinate onboarding of applications to the IAM platform and contribute to ongoing IAM service development.
• As an Epic Owner, manage IAM-related projects from business analysis to implementation and rollout.
• Translate technical requirements into practical IAM solutions and write user stories, acceptance criteria and functional requirements.
• Coordinate activities, dependencies and delivery dates with stakeholders and plan, implement and support tests for quality.
