Job summary

MGI Consultants is seeking an IAM Engineer to design, implement, and optimize Identity & Access Management solutions in a complex enterprise environment. You will administer Microsoft Entra ID, manage user lifecycles, and integrate authentication/federation protocols across teams and systems.

• Proven experience as an IAM Engineer, Identity Engineer, or a similar role.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Entra ID.
• Solid understanding of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) principles.
• Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and federation technologies (SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, LDAP).
• Experience working in complex enterprise environments.
• Good understanding of cybersecurity and access management best practices.
• Professional proficiency in English.

The role focuses on identity governance, authentication, authorization, and secure access management, leveraging Microsoft Entra ID and open-source IAM solutions.

REQUIRED PROFILE:

• Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and federation technologies (SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, LDAP).

ASSETS:

• Experience with open-source IAM solutions such as Keycloak, Gluu, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
• Experience with scripting and automation tools (PowerShell, Python).
• Exposure to cloud and hybrid identity architectures.

Swiss residency or EU citizenship.
