METTLER TOLEDO in Greifensee, Switzerland, is seeking an enthusiastic UX Designer (100%) to join our R&D organization. You will design user interfaces for measuring instruments and desktop applications, and collaborate with requirements engineering, product management, and software development to align stakeholder needs.

You will work with international project teams, create high‑ and low‑fidelity designs, extend design systems, and contribute to MT Design Guideline committees.

Qualifikationen

• Completed degree in UX/UI Design or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional UI design experience.
• Proficiency with design systems and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma).

Aufgaben

• Design user interfaces for measuring instruments and desktop applications.
• Collaborate with requirements engineering, product management, and software development teams to gather and communicate stakeholder needs.
• Work with international project teams and cross-functional matrix organizations to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
• Create high‑and low‑fidelity interaction designs and validate them with stakeholders.
• Extend and maintain high‑fidelity design systems and product‑specific UI guidelines, contributing to company‑wide UX/UI standards.
• Design visual UI elements such as icons, graphics, and interface skins.
• Guide software development teams during the implementation of new features to ensure design quality and consistency
