Jabil Healthcare in Switzerland is seeking a full-time Process Engineer (m/f/d) for its Hägendorf site. The role offers a flexible hybrid model with on-site and home office work and an immediate or mutually agreed start date.

You will drive process excellence across assembly and molding operations, troubleshoot issues, and lead continuous improvement projects to ensure product quality and operational performance.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years experience in Manufacturing or Process Engineering.
• Experience in the Medical Device industry is highly preferred; experience in the Pharmaceutical or Watchmaking industry is also valued.
• Understanding of quality management systems and risk assessment methodologies.

Aufgaben

• Drives continuous improvement of manufacturing processes to enhance quality, efficiency, and performance.
• Leads the implementation and optimization of production processes, tooling and automation solutions.
• Investigates process deviations, conducts root cause analyses, and implements corrective actions.
• Partners with production teams to solve manufacturing challenges and improve process stability.
• Develops, validates, and documents new manufacturing processes while ensuring quality/regulatory compliance.
• Identifies opportunities to increase yields, reduce cycle times, and improve OEE.
• Evaluates process/product risks and supports data-driven decisions in a regulated environment.
• Maintains technical/compliance documentation including process validation/ITQ records.
• Champions safety, quality, and operational excellence across manufacturing.
