Job summary

Jabil Healthcare in Hägendorf, Switzerland, seeks a full-time Process Engineer to join our global team on a permanent basis. The role features a flexible hybrid work model, combining on-site and home office, with immediate or mutually agreed start.

You will drive process excellence across manufacturing, tooling, and automation, lead continuous improvement, and partner with production to solve complex challenges while ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Technical background in Mechanical Engineering or related field with HF/FH degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in Manufacturing or Process Engineering.
• Experience in Medical Device industry is highly preferred; other regulated industries valued.

Responsibilities

• Drive process excellence by developing, optimizing, and implementing manufacturing processes and controls.
• Support assembly and molding operations, troubleshoot issues, and lead continuous improvement.
• Lead new production processes, tooling, and automation solutions.
• Perform root cause analyses and implement sustainable corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production teams to improve process stability and yields.
• Document process validation and compliance records; maintain safety and quality standards.
