Job summary

Noir in Winterthur is seeking an M365 & Power Platform Engineer to join our agile Collaboration team. You’ll design, implement, and operate Microsoft 365 and Power Platform solutions, collaborating across operations, development and consulting to enhance business processes and governance.

You will work with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Query, Power Fx, Dataverse, SharePoint Online, Teams and Entra ID, ensuring scalable, well-governed solutions in a modern Microsoft technology estate.

Qualifications

Experience with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform development.
Ability to design and develop business process solutions across Power Platform and SharePoint Online.
Experience in agile environments (Scrum/SAFe).
Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent German language skills (C1+).

Responsibilities

Design and develop business process solutions using Power Platform and SharePoint Online.
Integrate Power Platform with other Microsoft technologies and ensure governance and lifecycle requirements.
Collaborate with operations, development and consulting teams to optimise processes.
