Michael Bailey Associates is seeking an experienced IT Risk & Governance Manager to join our client in Bern on a hybrid arrangement. You will lead risk portfolio management, strengthen security governance, and ensure regulatory compliance across a complex IT landscape.

Collaborate with operations, security, delivery, and product teams; perform risk analyses, coordinate mitigations, and prepare management reports to support informed decision-making.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field with IT risk focus.
• Several years of experience in IT risk, security governance, and operations.
• Strong risk analysis, reporting, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Proficient in Jira and Confluence for governance work.
• Excellent German and good English communication.

• Consolidate and manage the IT risk portfolio, documenting and monitoring risks.
• Conduct risk analyses and risk reviews across teams.
• Coordinate and track risk mitigation measures across multiple teams.
• Manage security, compliance, and governance issues.
• Prepare management reports and decision documents.
• Collaborate with IT operations, security, and delivery teams.
• Support Product Owner with governance, risk, and security matters.
• Improve risk management and governance processes.
• Moderate risk reviews and ensure follow-up actions are implemented.
