Nestlé S.A. invites you to join the Global Operations Strategy team as an Operations Strategy Consultant. You will shape the future of our global operations, working across categories, regions and functions to support decisions that drive growth and value.

You will lead project workstreams, apply analytics across operations, finance and data, and prepare decision-ready materials for executive forums. Fluency in English is required; MBA and FMCG experience are a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in strategy consulting, operations or finance, preferably within FMCG; MBA is a plus.
• Strong analytical, financial modelling and problem-solving skills.
• Delivering results in a project-driven environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Shaping strategic decisions on supply networks, manufacturing footprint, sourcing and capital investments.
• Leading project workstreams and developing fact-based recommendations for global, regional and market operations strategy projects.
• Applying analytics across operations, finance and business data to evaluate strategic trade-offs and identify value creation opportunities.
• Challenging assumptions, synthesizing complex information and translating insights into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Preparing decision-ready materials for executive governance and investment forums.
• Collaborating closely with teams across functions, businesses and regions to strengthen alignment and strategic impact.
