Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technology delivery, solution architecture, or related roles.
• Experience coordinating complex integration initiatives across multiple systems and vendors.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration architectures, APIs, messaging, and events.
• Knowledge of cloud, hybrid, and SaaS integration environments, including security and data considerations.
• Experience managing dependencies, governance, and demand within large, matrix organizations.
• Ability to identify reuse opportunities and promote enterprise-wide standards.
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and influencing skills.
• Strong delivery mindset with ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise-wide oversight, coordination, and governance of integration demand and delivery.
• Promote reuse of APIs, interfaces, events, and integration services.
• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of integrations across multiple teams (business, architecture, security, platform, data, vendors).
• Identify and manage integration dependencies, risks, approvals, and sequencing for delivery.
• Establish and operate integration governance processes across design, build, test, deployment, and handover.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles, standards, patterns, and delivery practices.
• Act as primary coordinator for cross-functional stakeholders and resolve delivery challenges.
• Maintain transparency of the integration portfolio through reporting, forecasting, and metrics.
