CLIMEWORKS AG, based in Opfikon near Zürich, seeks a Legal Counsel to join a fast-moving, globally oriented legal team. The role focuses on corporate matters, commercial contracts, and coordinating external counsel.

You will help shape a high-growth sustainability company driving net-zero solutions. The ideal candidate is a qualified lawyer with 3+ years of relevant experience, fluent in English and German, and comfortable working in a fast-paced international setting.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with a solid background in corporate law and finance.
• Experience in employment law, tech transactions, public policy, or project finance is a plus.
• Strong command of English and German, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality in-house legal advice across the organization.
• Negotiate and draft corporate and commercial agreements for the CLIMEWORKS Group.
• Coordinate external legal support and manage budget for legal matters.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management in business operations.
