Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience testing large-scale enterprise data platforms, preferably in regulated environments.
• Hands-on expertise in data quality validation, reconciliation, schema drift and data lineage.
• Experience in test automation for data pipelines, APIs and platform services.
• Coordinate integration & regression testing across distributed multi-application environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication in global, regulated settings.
• English proficiency required; German is a plus.
• Nice to have banking/financial services exposure.

• Lead the end-to-end test strategy for a large Data Lakehouse program across enterprise data products and platforms.
• Drive validation of complex ETL/ELT pipelines and downstream banking data products.
• Design and implement test automation tailored for data validation and pipeline execution in Kubernetes-based CI/CD environments.
• Oversee test data management and coordinate integration testing across 70+ connected applications and distributed environments.
• Establish test governance, entry/exit criteria, defect management and quality standards across workstreams.
• Collaborate with data engineers, platform teams, product owners and application owners to improve test coverage.
• Drive production readiness and release validation for platform and data ecosystem changes.
