Zusammenfassung

UNITED MACHINING is seeking an HR Specialist/Generalist to support the HRBP across the full employee lifecycle in our Swiss operations. You will manage contracts, amendments, absences, returns to work, transfers and terminations with accuracy and autonomy, while advising employees and managers on conditions and internal rules.

• Independently manage HR processes such as employment contracts, contract amendments, absences, returns to work, transfers and terminations.
• Provide first‑level HR advice to employees and managers on employment conditions, internal regulations, absences and contractual matters.
• Prepare contracts, employment letters, certificates and other HR documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal and legal requirements.
• Contribute to HR projects and process improvements, supporting the development of efficient tools, procedures and HR services.

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Psychology, Sociology or a related field.
• An HR Specialist certification, such as the Swiss Federal Professional Certificate in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification, is considered a strong advantage.
• Previous experience in an HR Specialist, HR Generalist or comparable role, with exposure to the main HR processes.
• Good understanding of the employee lifecycle and the ability to manage HR cases with a high degree of accuracy and autonomy.
• Strong interpersonal skills, discretion, organisational ability and a service‑oriented approach.
• Fluent in Italian and good command in English.
