Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a client-focused Abacus HR consultant to lead and support HR, payroll, and time-tracking projects. You will analyze customer needs, design practical solutions, configure Abacus, and deliver user training.

You will work with customers through workshops, go-live, and post-launch support, translating business requirements into efficient HR processes. A business-IT or administration background, strong consulting skills, and an engaging, humorous personality help you succeed.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as a consultant with Abacus Business Software in HR, payroll and/or time management.
• Strong interest in additional HR modules.
• Education in business administration or business information technology.
• Sound knowledge of HR or payroll accounting.
• Excellent technical understanding and enthusiasm for digital solutions.
• Strong consulting and communication skills with the ability to think in an interconnected way.
• Structured, customer-oriented approach to work.
• Initiative, team spirit, and an easygoing personality with a sense of humor.
• Willingness to work at an 80–100% capacity

Aufgaben

• Lead and supportAbacus projects focused on HR, payroll, and time tracking, from analysis through successful implementation
• Analyze customer needs, develop suitable solutions, and implement them in a practical manner
• Configure Abacus and create reports, forms, processes, and documentation
• Conduct workshops and user training, and support customers after go-live
• Assist with complex 2nd- and 3rd-level support requests
• Collaborate with the team to further develop methods, processes, and workflows
• Support companies in developing and implementing modern HR solutions
