Zusammenfassung

TalentCloud Group is seeking an experienced ABACUS Payroll Consultant to lead payroll transformation projects for clients across Switzerland. You will be the main contact for complex payroll implementations, design tailored ABACUS solutions, oversee technical setups, and train clients as needed.

You will also collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities and present solutions to prospects, working with multilingual clients and ensuring smooth transitions.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of payroll administration or HR systems experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of ABACUS Payroll.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable presenting to clients and explaining technical concepts clearly.
• Fluent German language skills for client interactions.

The Opportunity

Our client is a growing consulting firm working with mid-market and enterprise companies across Switzerland. They need an experienced ABACUS Payroll Consultant to lead payroll transformation projects for their clients.

In this role, you'll be the main point of contact for complex payroll implementations. You'll spend time understanding each client's specific payroll needs, designing solutions, overseeing the technical setup, and ensuring smooth transitions. You'll also conduct training sessions and troubleshoot issues as needed. Beyond projects, you'll work closely with the sales team to identify new opportunities and present solutions to prospects.
