Le Collectionist in Val de Bagnes is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain luxury chalets and create a warm, welcoming environment for guests. You will work independently or as part of a team, ensuring bedrooms, bathrooms and communal areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness every day, with CCNT rules and weekend shifts during the peak season.

In this 80% contract, the role includes organizing in‑ chalet laundry, linen management and strict hygiene practices, with benefits and accommodation

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in professional housekeeping, ideally in luxury hospitality.
• High attention to detail and pride in maintaining pristine environments.
• Discreet, respectful, and guest‑focused, with strong time‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual tasks and repetitive routines.
• Basic English; French or German is a plus.

This position is a 34,8h contract (80%) - starting from 27th of November 2026 to 30th of April 2027.

Role:

As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the immaculate presentation of our luxury properties and creating a warm, welcoming environment for our guests. Working independently or as part of a team, you will ensure that chalets meet our high standards of cleanliness and comfort every day. This is a hands‑on position ideal for someone with high attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a passion for service in a luxury environment.

Responsibilities:

• Daily Housekeeping & chalet maintenanceClean and maintain bedrooms, bathrooms, and communal areas to the highest standardCarry out daily tidy‑ups and deep cleans on arrival/departure daysChange bed linen and towels regularly, ensuring a crisp and fresh presentationMaintain cleanliness of staff areas where applicable
• Laundry & linen managementManage in‑chalet laundry duties, including guest items (where applicable)Monitor and restock linen, towels, robes, and amenitiesEnsure all laundry is presented and stored correctly
• Hygiene & safetyFollow strict hygiene and safety protocols for cleaning, laundry, and product useKeep housekeeping storage areas clean and organisedReport any accidents or hazards immediately to management

Schedules & specificities:Bramble Ski operates under the CCNT (Swiss hospitality collective agreement). Due to operational requirements, work on Saturdays and Sundays is expected, particularly during high season. Schedules are organized on a rotating basis and shared at least one week in advance in coordination with the resort team, in line with CCNT working time and rest period regulations. Overtime is managed in accordance with CCNT rules and compensated either through time off in lieu or payment, as applicable. All scheduling and compensation practices must remain fully compliant with CCNT requirements, and adjustments will be made where necessary to ensure compliance.
