Job summary

Rütimattli Foundation in Sachseln/Sarnen is seeking a Team Leader for Kollegi Horticulture to guide production of organic plants and vegetables while supporting ~15 employees with disabilities. You will lead operations, promote individual skills, and ensure meaningful, safe employment.

You will also manage budget, documentation, and personnel development for a 7-member team, fostering collaboration and quality service.

Qualifications

• Completed training as a gardener EFZ
• Experience in production and sales, preferably in the horticultural environment
• Ability to support people with disabilities with social competence and empathy
• Modern leadership with trust, responsibility, participation, and appreciation

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and coordinate horticulture work to ensure high-quality production and service
• Manage crop care, plant maintenance, sales, seasonal work, and material orders
• Provide professional support to around 15 people with disabilities and promote their skills and independence
• Lead and develop a team of 7 employees and foster an inclusive culture
• Co-responsibility for budget, administration, reporting, and project participation
