Zusammenfassung

The Global Fund Disease Advisor, HIV, Prevention Products & Innovation, will provide expert technical guidance across the HIV program lifecycle, with emphasis on PrEP/PEP and prevention investments. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize grant performance and accelerate access to innovative HIV health products.

Based in Geneva, this temporary role supports senior HIV leadership through technical reviews, program analyses and strategic funding decisions,

Aufgaben

• Provide technical advice informed by country experience, partners' guidance and program performance data.
• Identify opportunities for reprogramming of existing grants to optimize the HIV investment portfolio.
• Coordinate across technical and functional teams to ensure HIV prevention investments reinforce health systems, human rights and community engagement.
• Advise on procurement, supply planning and innovation of HIV health products.
• Support analyses and interpretation of HIV program data to identify investment gaps and reprogramming opportunities.
• Provide technical input into Global Fund policies, guidelines and operational documents.
• Support training and technical capacity building for new tools and public health approaches.
• Support strengthening Global Fund partnerships through disease-specific committees, working groups and technical agreements.
• Contribute to the development of Global Fund reports, publications and advocacy materials.
• Perform other duties consistent with the role.
• In line with focus on HIV Prevention products and innovation: coordinate Global Fund technical and strategic alignment with external partners.
• Co-Lead the Global Fund's role in PrEP/PEP access, product choice and market shaping.
• Lead PrEP/PEP data analysis to identify opportunities for product optimization, introduction and scale-up.
• Support resource mobilization with partners on opportunities to increase funding for PrEP and PEP via Catalytic Investment design.
