Job summary

VitaFutura AG is seeking a Health Specialist EFZ with a trainer role in Volketswil to provide comprehensive care for residents and supervise apprentices. The role emphasizes teamwork to ensure a professional nursing process and ongoing education.

The position offers a meaningful contribution to training the next generation of health professionals. You will plan and conduct educational interviews, promote a learning-friendly environment, and participate in quality assurance within a modern care

Qualifications

• Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ.
• Trainer course (SVEB or equivalent) or willingness to pursue it.
• Professional experience in long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive care and support of residents within your area.
• Ensure a professional nursing process in collaboration with the team.
• Plan, supervise and assess apprentices in Health Specialist EFZ.
• Conduct educational and appraisal interviews according to the training regulations.
• Promote a learning-friendly environment and impart specialist knowledge.
• Contributing to the development of training practice and quality assurance.

• Responsible, empathetic and team-oriented personality
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
