Zusammenfassung

The Tertianum Seerose in Egnach is seeking a Health Specialist EFZ to provide comprehensive care for guests, following our nursing philosophy and processes. The role covers nursing duties, patient assessment using RAI when applicable, and electronic documentation with CareCoach.

You will also plan medical visits and may lead in a specialist area, contributing to the nursing quality network across the group. German language skills (B2) are required.

Qualifikationen

• Completed training as Health Specialist EFZ.
• German skills at least B2 in spoken and written form.
• RAI knowledge desired or willingness to attend courses (paid for).

Aufgaben

• Comprehensive care and nursing of guests in accordance with our nursing philosophy and nursing process.

Your profile

• Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ

• A warm and humorous basic attitude
• Enjoyment of diverse challenges
• Good German skills (at least B2 level) in spoken and written form
