Roche seeks a senior process chemistry leader to align project portfolios with capacity and capabilities in DS Clinical & Commercial Supply. You will serve as the primary liaison for development, licensing, and planning while guiding strategic, long‑term planning, feasibility studies, and capacity assessments.

You’ll coordinate resources in a matrix setting, acting as a technical expert and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

• Requires a degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering with 10+ years of experience in process chemistry for synthetic molecules.
• Strong knowledge of chemical synthesis, process technologies and cgmp manufacturing environments.
• Ability to lead in a matrix organization, motivate teams, and drive cross-functional projects.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate project portfolio alignment with DS Clinical & Commercial Supply capacities and capabilities.
• Act as project liaison and primary contact for REDs, licensing, and local/global planning bodies.
• Lead strategic project planning and feasibility studies, including 5-year outlooks for facilities and headcount.
• Coordinate resources across sections within DS Clinical & Commercial Supply; monitor department planning.
• Serve as technical expert and adviser for manufacturing processes or equipment; lead investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Mentor and coach staff to develop professional skills and knowledge.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying Lean solutions and digital workflow enhancements.
