The FHNW Pedagogical University in Switzerland seeks a Head of Office to support the Director and university management in strategic leadership and development. You will coordinate internal and external affairs and drive central cross-functional tasks.

In this role you lead the Office including Marketing & Communication, manage strategic projects, ensure data protection and contract matters, and align interfaces with partners and stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree and many years of professional experience in higher education or education policy.
• Proven skills in project management and coordination of complex affairs.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities for diverse stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop the office, including the Marketing & Communication department.
• Coordinate and advance strategic affairs of the Director and university management.
• Collaborate with FHNW, regional partners and Swiss universities.
• Initiate and lead operational strategic projects; ensure data protection and contracts.
• Shape university-wide quality assurance and cross-functional coordination.
