Thomson Reuters invites a senior engineering manager to build and lead CoCounsel Legal Mobile & Desktop Apps from the ground up. You will shape the architecture for iOS, Android, Windows, and Mac, hire engineers, and drive high-quality native experiences aligned with product vision.

You will collaborate with Product, Design, and backend teams to surface AI capabilities, ensure performance, and maintain a coherent, enterprise-grade cross-platform product strategy.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years leading or managing engineering teams.
• Hands-on experience shipping production mobile or desktop applications in a professional context.
• Understanding of mobile and desktop engineering challenges and platform conventions.
• Proven ability to hire, develop, and retain engineers across multiple teams.
• Experience integrating apps with cloud backends and REST/GraphQL APIs.

Aufgaben

• Lead two engineering teams — Mobile and Desktop — hiring and developing engineers across both platforms from the ground up.
• Define the engineering approach for mobile and desktop, including native vs cross-platform decisions and architecture patterns.
• Deliver the first native mobile and desktop applications, collaborating with Product and Design to ship accessible experiences across iOS, Android, Windows, and Mac.
• Integrate with backend teams to surface agent capabilities, file/workspace access, and user context across surfaces.
• Own quality, performance, and reliability with testing, CI/CD, crash reporting, and cross-platform compatibility.
