This is not a traditional brand marketing role. We need a business leader who can connect strategy with execution, build demand, sharpen positioning, and make Marketing a measurable growth engine.

Your Mission

You will lead the Marketing function and help accelerate Open Systems' transformation and growth.

Working closely with the CEO, Revenue Leadership Team, Product Management, Sales, and Customer Success, you will ensure that Marketing drives awareness, demand, customer engagement, and commercial outcomes.

Drive Growth

• Build and execute the marketing strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Increase market awareness and strengthen our position in key markets.
• Generate qualified pipeline and measurable business impact.

Accelerate Go-to-Market Success

• Partner closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Support product launches and strategic growth initiatives.
• Turn strategy into action and execution.

Lead Marketing Transformation

• Build a modern, data-driven, AI-enabled marketing organization.
• Simplify processes and improve efficiency.
• Introduce new approaches that increase speed and effectiveness.

Build a High-Performing Team

• Lead, coach, and develop the marketing team.
• Foster accountability, ownership, collaboration, and execution excellence.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven leadership experience in B2B technology marketing.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software, cybersecurity, networking, cloud, managed services, or SaaS.
• Experience leading organizations through change and transformation.
• Track record of building demand generation and growth programs.
• Strong commercial mindset and business acumen.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Pragmatic, hands-on, and execution-focused.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-changing environment.
• Fluent in German and English.
