Job summary

Generali Assurances in Adliswil (ZH) seeks a Head of Legal to lead Generali Investments Switzerland Ltd and advise Senior Management on fund and market law matters. You will oversee FINMA regulatory proceedings and shape Swiss investment funds.

A hands-on leader is expected to drive legal excellence across governance and partnerships. The role combines strategic leadership with day-to-day legal delivery, requiring strong Swiss law expertise and fluency in English, with up to 100% workload and

Qualifications

Proven track record in Swiss asset management and fund industry.
Strong expertise in Swiss collective investment schemes and financial market law (CISA, FinIA, FinSA).
FINMA regulatory proceedings and approvals experience.

Responsibilities

Lead the local Legal function and manage and develop one Legal professional.
Advise on fund, investment, financial market and corporate law matters.
Take ownership of regulatory correspondence and proceedings with FINMA.
Lead legal matters relating to Swiss investment funds, including launches, amendments, restructurings, mergers and liquidations.
Draft, review and negotiate fund and asset management agreements and related legal documentation.
Collaborate with Senior Management, the Board, Compliance, Risk Management, Investments and external legal partners.
