Generali Investments Schweiz AG in Switzerland seeks a Head of Legal to lead the Legal function, advising Senior Management on fund, investment, and corporate law and handling FINMA regulatory matters.

You will oversee Swiss investment funds, fund launches, amendments, restructurings, mergers and liquidations, and draft critical agreements in asset management. A leadership track and cross-functional collaboration are key.

Formación

• University degree in Swiss law (MLaw / lic. iur.); Swiss bar admission is an advantage.
• 7–10+ years of relevant legal experience in the Swiss asset management and fund industry.
• Strong expertise in Swiss collective investment schemes and financial market law, particularly CISA, FinIA and FinSA.
• Hands-on experience with Swiss investment funds and FINMA regulatory proceedings and approvals.
• Leadership experience or demonstrated ability and motivation to lead and develop a Legal professional.
• Fluent German and very good English, combined with a pragmatic, independent and solution-oriented approach.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the local Legal function and manage and develop one Legal professional.
• Advise on fund, investment, financial market and corporate law matters.
• Take ownership of regulatory correspondence and proceedings with FINMA.
• Lead legal matters relating to Swiss investment funds, including fund launches, amendments, restructurings, mergers and liquidations.
• Draft, review and negotiate fund and asset management agreements and other relevant legal documentation.
• Work closely with Senior Management, the Board, Compliance, Risk Management, Investments and internal and external legal partners.
