Bank J. Safra Sarasin is seeking an experienced CDB expert to head the Legal Entities team within the Client Data Management Office. You will oversee processing of client documentation and data, guiding Relationship Managers and ensuring complete, compliant onboarding.

The role requires Private Banking experience, AML/FATCA/CRS knowledge, and strong leadership abilities. Fluency in English and German is essential, with Avaloq experience advantageous.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in Private Banking, onboarding or compliance roles.
• CDB Expert in Legal Entities with AML, FATCA/QI and CRS knowledge.
• Strong prioritization, organization and analytical skills.
• Fluent in English and German; IT affinity and adaptability with systems.

Aufgaben

• Head the Legal Entities team within Client Data Management Office.
• Review and process all account openings ensuring data completeness.
• Guide Relationship Managers on account-opening standards and gaps.
• Coordinate between Front, Legal, Compliance, IT for aligned goals.
• Lead projects to standardize documentation per CDB rules.
• Support move from paper-based files to digital onboarding.
• Manage static data lifecycle and maintain client relations.
• Develop deep understanding of bank processes and services.
