• Strong knowledge of institutional investors, custody and trading.
• Business development and FINMA familiarity.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities :

As a Head of Digital Assets - Executive Director you lead and develop a Digital Assets business, you drive the strategic development, commercial growth and operational oversight. The position brings together business growth, product development, market expertise and cross-functional stakeholder management (banking sector).

You drive the growth (Digital Assets business) by building relationships with institutional investors, asset managers, family offices and financial intermediaries, you identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.

Beside, you advise institutional clients on investment solutions, support complex transactions and represent the organisation at client meetings and industry events.

Moreover, you lead the Digital Assets roadmap and help enhance the offering across custody, trading, staking, lending and tokenisation.

In addition, you work closely with Trading, Treasury, Risk, Compliance and Legal teams, you support business activities, manage risks and ensure compliance with the FINMA regulatory framework.

You also promote Digital Assets expertise across the organisation by supporting Relationship Managers, sharing market insights and acting as a key ambassador for the Digital Assets business.

Profile:

• University degree (Finance, Economics, Engineering or equivalent)
• Minimum 10 years experience (Financial services)
• Experience in Digital Assets, Crypto Markets or Blockchain
• Excellent knowledge in institutional investorsExcellent knowledge in Digital Assets custody, trading and investment solutions
• Good knowledge in business development
• Good knowledge in FINMA
• English fluent
