MS Reinsurance, a Zurich-based global reinsurer, seeks a Business Continuity Manager to strengthen operational resilience across facilities, procurement, and services. The role focuses on enhancing the BCM framework, testing, and incident support within a regulated environment, partnering with IT and business functions.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in insurance or financial services, strong change management and stakeholder skills, and fluency in English and German to drive enterprise-wide

Formación

• 10+ years of experience driving change and improving processes in growing organisations.
• Strong knowledge of insurance operations, operational risk, business continuity, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in business continuity planning, testing, and operational resilience.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Fluent in English and German.

Responsabilidades

• Support operational services, processes, and controls across Facilities, Procurement, Business Continuity, and Property Services.
• Drive governance, controls, and continuous process improvements to achieve service excellence.
• Lead development and enhancement of the Business Continuity Management framework.
• Identify critical processes, suppliers, applications, and resilience risks; coordinate remediation.
• Partner with IT to strengthen application resilience and recovery capabilities.
• Lead business continuity testing, recovery planning, and resilience exercises.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with industry best practices.
• Promote BCM awareness through training and stakeholder engagement.
• Provide support during continuity incidents and crisis management events.
