Zusammenfassung

LHH est à la recherche d’un Designer Harness basé à Fribourg pour concevoir et optimiser les faisceaux de câblage destinés à des moteurs à combustion. Vous participerez à la définition de la topologie et des choix technologiques, tout en produisant la documentation et les schémas nécessaires.

Le candidat idéal possède un diplôme en ingénierie, une expérience avérée en conception de faisceaux et une maîtrise des outils mentionnés. Poste en contrat permanent, hybride/présentiel selon les projets.

Qualifikationen

• Diplôme: Bachelor en ingénierie ou équivalent.
• Plusieurs années d'expérience en conception de faisceaux électriques.
• Maîtrise de MS Office, Zuken E3, PTC Creo Cabling et PLM Albatros.
• Connaissance de Zuken E3 appréciée.
• Maîtrise du français; bon niveau d'anglais et d'allemand.

Aufgaben

• Concevoir et optimiser des faisceaux de câblage pour moteurs à combustion.
• Gérer planning technique et nomenclature (BOM).
• Préparer des présentations techniques et définir l topology et l'approche technologique.
• Créer et maintenir les dessins 2D et les spécifications composants.
• Planifier, exécuter et évaluer les tests.

Responsibilities

As a Harness Designer you design and optimize wiring harness assemblies for combustion engines, you take account technical scheduling and financial aspects). You prepare technical presentations, define the wiring harness topology and technology approach (with E/E design team). In addition you create and manage 2D drawings, create bill of materials. Besides, you design and define the cabling components (electrical cables, connectors) according to standards, regulations and functional requirements. You, also support the PLM system, you create and maintain documentation and component specifications. Finally, you plan, execute and evaluate tests.

Profil

• Bachelor in Engineering or equivalent
• Several years experience in wiring harness design
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Zuken E3, PTC Creo Cabling and PLM Albatros
• Knowledge of Zuken E3 isa plus
• Knowledge of PTC CREA cabling is a plus
• French fluent. Good level in English and German #LI-Hybrid
