Eaglenos Sciences(Switzerland) AG in Horgen, Switzerland, seeks an Operations & Customer Support Coordinator (60-80%) to support daily activities. You will handle shipments, stock, documentation and office processes, taking ownership and working independently in a small Swiss team.

Responsibilities include coordinating orders, maintaining stock, preparing quotations and invoices, and supporting demonstrations and customer inquiries.

Qualifikationen

• Completed commercial, technical, scientific or similar vocational education.
• Well organized, reliable and comfortable working independently.
• Strong Attention to Detail and Organizational Skills.
• Hands-on and practical approach to day-to-day work.
• Comfortable following established procedures and working with technical products.
• Customer-oriented with good communication skills.
• Good German and English.
• Valid authorization to work in Switzerland.
• Experience in Shipping and Logistics, customer service, administration, laboratory work or technical products is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments and prepare customer orders for delivery.
• Keep track of stock levels and reorder items when needed.
• Maintain an organized storage and working area.
• Prepare quotations and invoices and support routine administrative processes.
• Prepare, check and update devices before shipment according to established procedures.
• Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate follow-up when required.
• Depending on your background and experience, support product demonstrations and customer training.
• Follow up on CH-REP activities and related documentation.
• Support routine testing activities related to electrochemical sensors.
• Take care of general day-to-day operational needs at the Horgen site.
