Qualifikationen

• Currently completing a degree at a university in a technical field.
• Academic background in AI, computer science, data science or a related field.
• Solid understanding of core AI and machine-learning concepts.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools and practical data workflows.
• First experience facilitating hands-on learning and responding dynamically to participant questions.
• Ability to understand and explain practical AI concepts and workflows clearly.
• Approachable and enthusiastic about collaborative learning.
• Clear, confident and professional communication.
• Strong facilitation and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptability and ability to respond dynamically to questions.
• Reliability and preparation for agreed workshop dates.
• Max. 10% employment level; ad hoc based on workshop schedule and mutual availability.

Aufgaben

• Facilitate small groups during interactive AI workshops and hands-on learning.
• Guide brainstorming, solution design and prototyping using AI techniques.
• Support exercises involving generative AI tools, data-analysis workflows and automation concepts.
• Present clearly and professionally to mixed-tenure audiences, including senior management.
• Review the materials, prompts and session outline provided ahead of each session and attend onboarding before the first workshop.
• Occasional support with additional tasks in the field of AI, such as the creation of blueprints for tools and documentation.
