Job summary
Hologic, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Application Specialist in Switzerland to support clinicians using our Gynaecology Surgical Solutions portfolio, including advanced hysteroscopic systems and related technologies.
You will train gynaecologists, surgeons, nurses, and OR staff, while providing hands-on procedural support and demonstrations across Switzerland. Ideal candidates have a degree in Sonography or related healthcare discipline, experience in gynaecology or operating rooms, and fluency in
Qualifications
- Degree in Sonography, Nursing, Midwifery, Operating Department Practice, Clinical Sciences, or related healthcare discipline.
- Experience in gynaecology, women's health, imaging, operating theatre or minimally invasive procedures is desirable.
- Experience in operating room settings with applications, clinical support or training responsibilities can be preferred.
Responsibilities
- Act as a clinical and applications expert for Gynaecological Surgical Solutions portfolio, including Sonata.
- Deliver high-quality product training and education to healthcare professionals to ensure confident product use.
- Support installations, product demonstrations, workshops, conferences, and educational events across Switzerland.
- Provide hands-on clinical support during gynaecological procedures to ensure correct product application and outcomes.
- Assist customers in advanced applications troubleshooting and resolve clinical/workflow challenges.
- Support product evaluations and clinical trials in hospital environments to facilitate adoption of new technologies.
- Collaborate with Sales to support pre-site assessments, demonstrations, and post-installation support.
- Identify opportunities to increase utilization, improve customer satisfaction, and drive growth.
