Job summary

Agoda is seeking a seasoned Data Analyst to lead analytics for the Flights vertical. You will translate complex data into actionable insights, support growth across channels, and work closely with marketing and product teams to shape strategy and improve performance.

You will analyze large datasets, run experiments, and communicate findings to senior stakeholders, contributing to data-driven decision making in a fast-paced travel tech environment.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of data analytics experience, preferably in tech, ecommerce, or digital marketing.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Experience with BI tools and data warehouses like SQL and Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Set marketing strategy for Flights verticals (outside of pricing).
• Lead development, execution, and optimization of Agoda Flights across channels.
• Perform end-to-end analysis on large datasets to inform channel growth.
• Design experiments (A/B tests) and build analyses to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Marketing Accommodation, Flights product, and flights supply to identify trends and opportunities.
