Collaborating with Marketing Accommodation, Flights product, and supply teams, you’ll identify opportunities, present findings to senior management, and mentor analysts to raise the team’s impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of data analysis experience in tech, e-commerce, or digital marketing.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Statistics/Math/Engineering or Economics and Finance.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proficient with SQL, Tableau, and MS Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• People management experience including hiring and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Define marketing strategy for Flights and drive growth across channels.
• Lead end-to-end analyses of large datasets on channel performance and user behavior.
• Develop hypotheses, run experiments (A/B tests), and build analyses to evaluate campaigns.
• Collaborate with Marketing Accommodation, Flights product, and supply teams to identify opportunities.
• Monitor, report, and present findings to senior management.
• Mentor and develop a team of analysts and managers; participate in hiring.
