Job summary

Swiss Automotive Group in Switzerland is seeking a Group Head Warehousing & Last Mile to lead a cross-functional team and shape the future of warehousing and last-mile excellence across SAG markets.

You will own the KPI framework, drive lean and data-driven improvements, and push automation and robotization as key efficiency drivers across multiple countries. The role reports to the Group CIO and partners with markets for scalable standards and roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in international logistics.
• Experience across warehousing, transport, and last mile.
• Fluent in English and German communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional warehousing and last mile team to drive performance.
• Own KPI framework and reporting to markets and Group CIO.
• Drive automation and robotization initiatives across SAG.
