COMET AG in Switzerland seeks a seasoned Finance professional to join the Group Functions finance team. You will drive monthly reporting, planning processes, and performance dashboards, partnering with IT, HR and Finance leaders to present management insights.

Key requirements include a Bachelor's or Master's in Finance/Accounting, at least 5 years in controlling, and strong IFRS knowledge. Fluency in English is essential, with German a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Controlling, or Accounting.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in controlling or a similar role.
• Proficiency in financial modeling; Power BI & Power Query skills are a plus.
• Fluent English is a must; German skills are a plus.
• Understanding of IFRS and strong communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Financial Reporting & Analysis: Provide monthly financial reports and analysis for various Group Functions and derive recommendations for action from them.
• Planning & Performance Management: Lead the Group Functions planning processes, rolling forecast and develop management dashboards to control the departmental performance.
• Collaboration & Communication: Act as the Finance Business Partner to Group Function Heads such as IT, HR and Finance and prepare management presentations.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive transformation initiatives and standardize financial performance across the Group Functions.
